Karen Hibbs, Glass Artist #7 in the Meet the Artists Who Have Inspired Us to Part with Our Cash is glass artist Karen Hibbs from New Haven, CT. This piece, titled Trilobites, is a relatively new addition to our collection. It is quite stunning both with and without light streaming through it. Of her work, Karen writes “My work reflects my interest in the natural world combined with linear design. Mixing glass, metals, minerals and fossils, and occasionally ‘found materials’ my goal is to produce a composition with clean lines and great detail.”
